United StatesI was so excited for this dress and I even sized up to be safe because I’ve never ordered from this shop before, but I was very disappointed when my 3XL dress was too small. I’m a 2XL almost everywhere and I think this sizing is off.

United StatesThe dress is beautiful and beautifully made. Unfortunately its also the wrong size (my fault) and when I tried to access the return portal I got a screen saying it was down. Is it back up again? I really hope I can return it for the right size.
