It’s one of our top goals to outfit you in pieces that you’ll love, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve created our return policy to help simplify the return process and ensure you get exactly what you want. We encourage you to email our customer success team (email@example.com) for any product-related questions to make sure you’re happy with the items you receive. Our return policy is subject to the JessaKae Terms of Service.
For any applicable returns, we offer a JessaKae eGift Card, valued at the original cost of your order, to use on any of our products. Use our return portal to initiate all returns, including exchanges. You will receive a pre-paid return label, and you will need to return your item within 20 days of the placement of your original order. The cost for using our return label is $8.00 and this fee will be deducted from your eGift card — this fee does not apply to exchanges that are free. Your eGift Card will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days after we receive your return(s). For all returns, please review our detailed eligibility guidelines below.

You have 20 DAYS from the date the order was placed to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original delivered condition (including all labels or tags). The item should be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage, or alterations. Violations include perfume, makeup, animal hair, other odors/stains, or missing tags. We reserve the sole right and discretion in determining the eligibility for any returns including but not limited to the condition of any returned order.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer returns on all purchases, excluding final sales. Final sales are denoted with prices ending in .99 or as otherwise stated.
- All returns from US addresses will be in the form of a non-expiring Store Credit (JessaKae eGift Card) minus the cost of your pre-paid return label ($8.00). This card is fully transferable and can be used for anything listed on our site. Returns will include any paid sales tax (if applicable). Original shipping and package protection insurance are not refundable.
- We do not offer refunds to original payment sources.
- Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Once processed, your e-Gift Card will be emailed to you immediately upon your return processing being completed.
- All local pickup orders must be returned in person.
- We offer free exchanges for identical items in a different size and/or color than your original purchase, pending availability. This excludes all final sale items denoted by a price ending in .99 or as otherwise stated
- We offer free exchanges on all purchases within their return window, excluding final sale items.
- All eligible items may be exchanged for a different color and/or size of the item(s) originally purchased.
- Your exchange order will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Once processed, your new exchange order will be created and shipped the next business day (pending item availability).
- If a requested exchange item is no longer available we will issue your order store credit as a normal return.
- To avoid an item no longer being available, please return your order as soon as possible
We are unable to offer price adjustments on past orders. Once an order has been placed and the purchase is complete, the price at the time of purchase is final and cannot be modified.
Items purchased with a preorder item will ship together once the preorder item is available to ship. We will accept returns for orders with preorder items within 20 days of the date they were shipped. Please email our customer success team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process as it may show as ineligible in our returns portal.
Defective/ Wrong Product
- Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
- If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or the wrong product you are eligible for a return if the defect, damage, or wrong product is reported within 3 days after the delivery date.
Any products with prices ending in .99 or stated as 'Final Sale' are considered FINAL SALES and are not eligible for any type of return. No exceptions.
We do not provide shipping labels for international orders, you are responsible for returning the product and paying any applicable shipping costs. Items returned should be insured and trackable to ensure the items are received without issue. Review our guidelines for eligible returns. Please follow the steps below if your product is eligible for a return. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation along with your store credit electronic gift card.
