I really appreciated that the customer service person emailed me back promptly. However, my dress said was sent back to the company and unable to be delivered. She said they would resend if I ordered another dress. I didn’t order another (forgot) but my dress ended up coming, just 4 days late. So I returned it and got another option (the one I ordered didn’t work for any other occasion - I had bought it for the color and specific event). I was charged a “restock” fee which was disappointing because I didn’t get it in time despite ordering in advance.
Overall good experience. Few bumps in the road. Will try again.
