I love gingham and ruffles so this dress was a no brainer for me. I typically wear a size 22 and got the 3x. The arms are a little snug but I wore this all day without any discomfort, the skirt was a little snug too but the material is stretchy and the ruffle hide this. There is plenty of room in the chest. I would get this dress again if offered in other colors.
