Tillie Dress

Purchased this for my court house wedding. It’s all we can afford and I was so happy I dreamed of this dress after all the ads about how inclusive the sizing was. For starters I’m exceptionally disappointed in the quality. For this price it shouldn’t be more flimsy that a dept store garment. The lace is like tissue paper just trying to get the sleeves back off was challenging to do so without ripping one. Also it’s super big. I measured and ordered according to size chart. I’ve been my size a long time so I am familiar with my measurements. The sleeves are so swimmingly oversized we were able to fit three peoples forearms through the part that should be more fitted at the wrist. I thought id need a quick adjustment with my sewing machine to fit the bodice to my body but the entire dress needs reworking and idk if it’s worth the expense with how flimsy the dress is. I’m crying now after saving for weeks for this. It is a pretty color, the perfect offwhite and the details in the lace are pretty.
