What sizes does JessaKae carry?
JessaKae designs dresses for every body, with sizing from XXS to 6X across most styles. Each dress is cut to flatter a real range of shapes, so you can find your size whether you wear an extra-small or a 6X.
How do I find my size at JessaKae?
Every product page has a size chart specific to that dress plus a Find My Size tool that recommends a size from your measurements. If you are between sizes, the recommendation and the fit notes on each dress will point you the right way.
What is JessaKae’s return and exchange policy?
US orders can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the order date, and international orders within 35 days. Start it through our returns portal, linked in the footer and your order confirmation email. Returns come back as JessaKae store credit, with an $11.95 prepaid shipping label deducted from your credit. Final sale items (prices ending in .99) are not eligible.
What does “pre-order” mean on a JessaKae dress?
A pre-order dress is not in stock yet but is on its way. The product page shows the date it is expected to ship, and checking out reserves your size. The rest of your order ships once the pre-order dress arrives.
