Due to the wide variety of designers and brands that JessaKae carries, we provide a unique size chart for all styles located on their product page. We try to note if an item runs a little large or small in an effort to help get you the correct size. If you still are not sure on what size to get, feel free to chat us or send an email and we will give you our recommendations!
We provide size indicators (i.e. "true to size", "runs small", "oversized", etc) based off customer feedback on a style. What works for most customers may not work for you, but we want to give as much information about fit as possible. We recommend you check the size chart first and find the size that works for your own measurements.
To find your measurements start by using a flexible measuring tape that you can wrap around yourself.
- You can find your bust measurement by measuring around the largest part of your chest.
- You can find your waist measurement by measuring around the smallest part of your waist, above your belly button.
- You can find your hip measurement by measuring around the widest part of your hips.
- You can find your length measurement by measuring the top of your shoulder down to your thigh, knee, or ankle, wherever you want to measure a length.
We get it, sometimes things just don't fit. You can begin your return or exchange here: returns.jessakae.com.
If you've purchased something at a discount of 20% or greater, you can receive store credit for your return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What makes a dress a 'mini', 'midi', or 'maxi' length?
It is all based on your height! Each style has its own unique size chart with the length of each size. Measure from the top of your shoulders down to find what the length of a style would be on you.
Mini: above the knee
Midi: between the knee and mid calf
Maxi: to your ankle
How do I wash my item?
We recommend you always follow the tag wash instructions on your item. If you are unsure of how to care for your piece, hand wash in cold water and hang to dry or dry clean.
This guide is simply a tool to help assist you with any questions you may have when selecting a size. Since our styles vary from different designers we encourage all customers to check the size chart first or feel free to email us at email@example.com for a recommendation!
