This dress is adorable but unfortunately did not fit my petite frame well. I ordered the XXS and it still runs big. I typically wear size 0/xx small and can have trouble wearing a dress without smocking because of the fit. The straps are also really long for my torso and I would have to get it taken in. I have another jessakae dress same size I had taken in a few places to be able to wear, but decided to return this one. I didn’t want a picture in it when I tried on but got a photo in the bag. Adorable dress just wish it worked better for really petite women like me! I think I will stick with smocked dresses as those typically work fine!

This dress is SO stunning and so light!! It’s also deceptively stretchy and big. I went with my smocked size (3x) and needed to exchange for a size down. The 2x still needs to be cinched quite a bit but is much more comfortable! I’ll be having the straps shortened just to get everything sitting where I prefer. Outside of fit, the dress is gorgeous and twirly!

The amount of stretch this dress has is quite impressive. I originally ordered a 1X. Which is on the lower end in my preferred size range (of 1xl/2xl). The dress was exceptionally baggy and overall the bust was too loose. The shoulder straps quite literally flopped over. I ended up exchanging it for a smaller size. Customer Service is always fantastic and they exchanged them quickly. Based on others feedback I went down several sizes. So traded 1xl for an XL. And the smaller one fit perfectly.
I really love this dress. It’s bold and fun and great for twirling. AND it has pockets. I love the silhouette and appreciate how forgivingly the material stretches. However that same ambiguous sizing makes it difficult to know what size should be purchased. According to the size chart and my bust measurement (44DD) I should wear the 2xl. The dress that fit was nearly 4 sizes difference from normal sizing.

Another great maxi summer dress option! This one is definitely oversized. I normally wear a true to size XL in non-zippered dresses, but I was able to fit into a S. I'm wearing a M in the photo, as I liked the look of the more bloused out bodice in that size. There are no closures on this, just an elastic waist and a drawstring, so you can really make it as snug or loose as you'd like. 43" bust, 34" waist for reference
