Shipping Policy

It’s our goal to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. Our shipping policy explains how we process and ship orders. The shipping policy is subject to the JessaKae Terms of Service. Our shipping process is as follows:

Delivery

Standard orders will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Priority orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Overnight orders will leave our warehouse same day if placed before 12:00pm MT or on the following business day if placed after 12:00pm MT.

Once an order ships, the delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as they are an approximation based on the average delivery time for past orders. All shipments are sent on non-holiday weekdays -- orders placed on weekends or a holiday will be shipped the following weekdays. Delivery times are not guaranteed as carriers may experience unexpected delays that we cannot control.

Overnight & Priority Shipping

Overnight & Priority shipping are our fastest shipping options. Orders made with overnight & priority shipping will be handled and shipped first by our processing team before all other shipping options.

Changes

Once orders have been placed no changes including cancellation can be made. For example: product, quantity, size, address, payment, etc.

Tracking

Once your items have shipped, you should receive a tracking number to the email address you included in your order. If you do not receive a tracking number please check your spam folder first before contacting support@jessakae.com. Tracking information updates may be delayed, please allow for 1-4 business days. If no updates are received please contact the shipping carrier. We are provided the same tracking information as you and cannot assist in shipping matters after your order has left our warehouse.

Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Items

Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered on your order (you may verify this through your email confirmation). If a correction needs to be made please contact us at support@jessakae.com as soon as possible. We can not guarantee address corrections after order placement depending on order status.

JessaKae is not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. This includes lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost during transit, stolen after delivery, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to delivery issues you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter. Police reports are required for all theft related orders. Any returned items will be subject to our standard return process. We highly recommend using shipping protection with your order to cover against any potential shipping related issues.

Shipping Protection

We offer shipping protection on all orders for an extra fee. When checking out you may add this option to your order. Shipping Protection covers all instances that can happen during shipping such as if your order is lost in transit, stolen during transit, sent to an address not on the order, or damaged in transit. Shipping Protection does not cover any lost or stolen packages after they are scanned as delivered by the carrierWe highly recommend protecting your package. For customers located in Utah you have the option for free local pick up at:

If you choose this option you will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up (usually within 3-5 days). Orders may be picked up between 10:00am and 6:00pm MT Monday - Thursday, 10:00am and 8:00pm MT Friday, or on Saturdays between 10:00am and 6:00pm, except for holidays. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of being notified or shall be subject to a standard return.

Holidays & Sales

Due to the high volume of sales during holidays and big sales events there may be longer than normal shipping times. We will do our best to communicate any possible delays.

Preorders

  • Orders placed with a preorder item will ship together once the preorder item is available to ship.
  • We will accept returns for orders with preorder items within 20 days of the date they were shipped.

International Orders

Delivery Time

Delivery time is roughly 2-6 weeks for international orders. This time is an approximation and can be shorter or longer depending on your country of residence and your government's customs processing.

Duties/Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges that are your responsibility to pay. For charges and rates please contact your country's customs office.

Any orders rejected at customs by the customer will not be returned to us and will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or replacement. 

The $20 Standard International Shipping fee does not include any import duties, cutoms, or taxes assessed by your country. 

We use DHL for the majority of our international deliveries. Please be aware of any potential disruption to your area.
