US Return Policy
Thank you for choosing JessaKae! We appreciate your business and are delighted to provide you with pieces that make you feel beautiful and confident. If something doesn’t work out, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and seamless, ensuring you get exactly what you desire. JessaKae US Return Policy
We offer returns or exchanges on all purchases, excluding FINAL SALES. FINAL SALES are denoted with prices ending in .99 or as otherwise stated.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT SOURCES.
All returns will be in the form of a non-expiring Store Credit (JessaKae eGift Card) minus the cost of your pre-paid return label ($11.95). This card is fully transferable and can be used for anything listed on our site. Returns will include any paid sales tax (if applicable).
Shipping costs, package protection insurance, discounts, and redeemed rewards are non - refundable.
Please do not use your own return label, as we will not be able to track and process your return.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You have 20 days from the date the order was placed to submit a return or exchange in our Return Portal.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original delivered condition (including all labels and tags).
- Violations include perfume, makeup, animal hair, other odors/stains, alterations, or missing tags.
*We reserve the sole right and discretion in determining the eligibility for any returns including but not limited to the condition of any returned order.
Returns for Store Credit
You have 20 days from the date the order was placed to submit a return in our Return Portal.
- We do not offer refunds to original payment sources. All returns will be in the form of a non-expiring Store Credit (JessaKae eGift Card) minus the cost of your pre-paid return label ($11.95).
- Initiate and submit your return in our Return Portal.
- You will receive a pre-paid return label, and you will need to take your return to USPS within 20 days of the placement of your original order.
- Returns are processed after your item is delivered back to our warehouse and has passed inspection (3 - 5 business days after delivery).
- Store credit will be emailed to you after your return has passed inspection
- All local pickup orders must be returned/exchanged in person in our showroom
- Orders that were shipped with pre-order items are eligible for an extended return window. Please see the *Preorder Items section below for further instruction on pre-order returns.
Exchanges
You have 20 days from the date the order was placed to request an exchange for a different size and/or color of the same item (pending availability), excluding FINAL SALE items (prices ending in .99 or as stated).
Exchanges must be completed through our Return Portal . If a new purchase is made instead of an exchange, the returned item will be treated as a standard return, and store credit will be issued. No exceptions.
- There are no fees associated with standard exchanges.
- Exchanges are shipped after we receive your return item(s) with free standard 5-10 business day shipping unless Priority Shipping is selected.
- If you need expedited shipping for your exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@jessakae.com.
- Instant Exchanges can be made in our Return Portal for a $1 hold on your debit/credit card. Your return must be sent back to us within 14 days of initiating the instant exchange to avoid being charged for the exchange item.
- Instant Exchange orders will be sent with free standard 5 -10 business day shipping the day after the Instant exchange is submitted.
- PLEASE NOTE - inventory for exchanges is not guaranteed. If the item you are exchanging is no longer available to process your exchange, you will receive store credit.
*Only one exchange per item in an order is allowed. If you need a different size after making an exchange, please submit your exchange order for a return and use your store credit to get the new size you need.
Defective/ Wrong Product
You have 3 days after delivery to report any issues. Carefully inspect a product to ensure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
- If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, you are eligible for a return if reported within 3 days after the delivery date.
- Please email support@jessakae.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect.
- Damaged Items reported after the 3 day window may not be accepted for return or exchange or rejected by our Returns Team.
- Items damaged during wear are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or to receive any type of reimbursement
- Damaged items that have been altered in any way are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or to receive any type of reimbursement
Preorder Items
- Orders placed with a preorder item will ship together once the preorder item is available to ship.
- We will accept returns for orders with preorder items within 20 days of the date they were shipped.
- Please email support@jessakae.com to initiate the return process for preorder items, as it may show as ineligible in our Return Portal
Final Sale Policy
- FINAL SALE items will be noted on the product page or will end in $.99.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Should a final sale item not work out, our items have a great resale value and you can resell it to a fellow dress lover on our Facebook Buy / Sell / Trade page (JSK Buy/Sell/Trade)
Order Adjustments

- No Cancellations. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order.
- No Product adjustments. We start fulfilling orders immediately so we cannot accommodate product changes on orders. Please double check your cart before checking out.

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Follow the below return instructions and use store credit to purchase a new item.

- We do not provide shipping labels for international orders, you are responsible for returning the product and paying any applicable shipping costs including customs and duties fees.

Steps for Returning an Eligible Product:
- Submit your return in our Return Portal.
- Take your return to your local post office.
- Choose a shipping method that is trackable and insured.
- Include your name and return number on the packaging.

Order Adjustments
- No price adjustments on past orders. Once an order has been placed and the purchase is complete, the price at the time of purchase is final and cannot be modified.
