JessaKae Return & Exchange Policy

Not the perfect fit? We make returns and exchanges easy. Below is everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your JessaKae order in the US or internationally.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODS. All JessaKae returns are issued as store credit only.

Quick answers:

  • Refund type: Store credit only (non-expiring JessaKae eGift Card), we do not refund to your original payment method

  • Return window: 20 days (US) / 35 days (international) from order date

  • Exchanges: Free first exchange (US), additional exchanges - shipping fees apply

  • Final sale items: Prices ending in $.99, or marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Submit your request through our Return Portal within your eligibility window. You'll receive a prepaid return label (US & CAN only) and instructions for shipping your item back.

US Return Policy

  • Eligibility: 20 days from order date; item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached

  • Refund method: Store credit only (non-expiring JessaKae eGift Card), not a refund to your original payment method, minus an $11.95 prepaid label fee

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after your return is delivered and inspected

  • Not refundable: Shipping costs, package protection insurance, discounts, and redeemed rewards

  • Do not use your own return shipping label, as we will not be able to track & process your return

US Exchanges

  • First exchange is free

  • Second exchanges: two separate $11.95 shipping fees apply

  • Exchanges ship the next business day once approved; a $1 card hold secures your instant exchange

  • Send your original item back within 14 days of submitting the exchange to avoid being charged for the exchange item

  • If your requested item is out of stock, you'll receive store credit instead (non-expiring JessaKae eGift Card)

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report defects, damage, or wrong items within 3 days of delivery. Email support@jessakae.com with your order number and photos. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original delivered condition including all labels and tags attached. Violations include wear, perfume, makeup, animal hair, other odors, stains, alterations, or missing tags. 

*We reserve the sole right and discretion in determining the eligibility for any returns including but not limited to the condition of any returned order. 

Preorders

Preorder items ship separately once available. Returns are accepted within your standard return window (20 or 35 days), counted from the preorder item's ship date.

Final Sale Items

Items with a prices ending in $.99 or marked "Final Sale", including gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged. Didn't work out? Resell it on JessaKae Preloved (US) or our JSK Buy/Sell/Trade page (international).

Order Changes

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled, price-adjusted, or modified. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Canada Return Policy

  • Eligibility: 35 days from order date; item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached

  • Refund method: Store credit only (non-expiring JessaKae eGift Card), not a refund to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after your return is delivered and inspected

  • Shipping: Customers cover return shipping and any customs/duties fees, calculated in the Return Portal

  • Not refundable: Shipping costs, customs/duties fees, and redeemed rewards

  • Customs: custom/duties fees are due before delivery & are the customer’s responsibility. Orders rejected at customs will not be returned to us and are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement, no exceptions.

Canada Exchanges

  • Exchange shipping fees and customs/duties costs apply and are calculated in the Return Portal.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Effective June 2026)

EU customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Start your withdrawal here. Return shipping cost is deducted from your refund via a prepaid label. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment. Exceptions apply for digital, perishable, hygiene, and personalized items per Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
