Pinker than pics, but i love it! I was worried it would be too low a waist for me, but it's perfect. Love the material, it's so much lighter than my strawberry smocked dress. I ordered this dress in the purple when it looked like my initial purchase for my engagement photos wasn’t going to come in time and wasn’t going to be the right size. And wow, talk about a happy accident! It so suited the environment, which was a field of sunflowers, not far from where I live. And we’re getting married at a farm so I wanted to be with the theme without going costume. It was a hair long waisted but with spanx (these were my engagement photos after all), the bottom of the ruching hit exactly at my natural waist. I liked that it was “modest” but not in a church-y way, but it a I-don’t-need-my-copious-cleavage-being-the-star-of-my-photos kind of way. It’s extremely comfortable and will look great even without spanx. It was just above my ankle (I’m just about 5’4), and I thought it was a nice length with the shoes I wore. The sleeves were a nice feature and did a nice just of cover a part of my body that I don’t always love, without being obvious or digging in. I got compliments from my fiance, the photographer, and other people in the sunflower field. I haven’t gotten my engagement photos back yet but all the shots she took, the dress looked amazing and flowed really pretty in the photos. I got it on sale without the option to return it and I’m just so delighted that it worked out so well! Highly recommend!

I just really love this dress! The fit is perfect (size down one size from your normal zipped size), the sweetheart neckline and not habilt to iron it is just perfect. Highly recommended and should be in everyone’s closet.
