    Perfect for spring!

    Another smocked beauty! I opted to size down in this dress (so a M instead of L), but consider that, while the bust is smocked all around the bodice, there isn't any stretch around the neckline or arm holes. The top tier seam is also right at the hips, so if you have wider hips, you'll want to consider the hip room, too. You can easily stick with your regular size if you are warry about sizing down in this one!
