Jasmine Dress

My friend gave me this dress as a gift for my 60th bday when there was a party in my honor in Hawaii. I was really skeptical about wearing it. But now, I think I'd wear it daily if I could. I felt a bit negative going into my 60th year. I'm no size 2. But that night I felt like a princess. The night of the party a huge storm blew through, and I was walking through the open hotel lobby when the wind blew the dress around gently and it was magical. What's great about this dress is you can style it in a few different ways to give it a more modern flair. It can be dressed up or dressed down. I wore a cropped cardigan (cuz I'm SIXTY and not really into the bare arms). You could also put a white tee underneath. Wear trainers. Heels. Flats. It's such a fun dress and I already id'd my next opportunity to wear it again.

Love this one! I particularly love the scalloped edge on the hem- I think it is a very thoughtful detail that makes it look really elegant and unique. I also love that it is somewhat backless. I think that makes this dress a little sexy without being over the top. I wear a 36D bra normally and because of how this dress fits, I do not feel like I need to wear a bra or get one of those sticky backless bras. The dress itself provides plenty of support. The colors are absolutely amazing and honestly I don’t even think the pictures do it justice. It’s truly a sparkling stunner!
