I love a classic silhouette, this is my second dress in this style andd I absolutely love it! I'm 5'11" so I'm always rolling the dice on length but this style remains flattering despite fitting me differently that what you see on models. The internal boning provides enough support to not require a bra.. I got so many compliments! And ... pockets! I have a feeling I will nd up with this in every color!

I love the dress but I ordered my normal size and it is not even close to zipping up. My first Jessakae purchase and I am so disappointed. I probably needed to size up 2 sizes.

Absolutely beautiful dress, but unfortunately I needed to exchange it as the sizing wasn't as I expected. I followed the sizing chart and then sized up based on other's reviews, and I believe I would have been fine just sticking to the chart. However, I have narrow shoulders and am pear shaped, so that may have added to the loose shape. For reference, I ordered a size 6 and usually wear a US 4, but do have an issue with a fair amount of standard women's sizes feeling wide at the bust.
The dress had boning channels in the bust and a rather full attached petticoat so it feels best suited to a special occasion. The outer fabric was also a bit more stiff than expected, but the dress was lined with a soft fabric that would make this comfortable to wear had I kept it. The stiff fabric also made it a bit difficult to adjust the straps, but they did adjust to quite a range that did help with the fit.
