A little bigger than my usual size but it is beautiful. As a busy girl. I probably could've gone a size down. I always find the measurements dont really align with me. Also, as a 5'2 girly, this fits like a maxi dress but nonetheless it is very cute.

Phoebe is one of my favorites! The smocking provides support that I love! It has the twirl factor & the a slight puff sleeve. I sized down one (usually a 2x but 1x worked well)! One of my casual staples.

The Phoebe dress is the perfect casual dress. The dress is even prettier in person! Due to the smocked bodice, you can definitely size down. Overall, a solid dress in my opinion.
