OH. MY. GOODNESS. This is a jaw-dropping gown. I wore this to the Opera and all night I was flooded with compliments from everyone from random people on the street, other patrons, ushers, and even some of the cast (who I met after the show)!! I’ve never felt so beautiful.

Perfection in a dress. The boning is not so restrictive that you feel like you can't breathe, but strong enough to keep the shape of the bodice. At 5'7" I can wear heels and have the dress be the perfect length while having that beautiful train in the back. The brocade fabric is so vibrant and luxurious I couldn't stop touching it!

I got this for a black tie wedding and was swimming in complements all night! It’s also crazy fun to dance in, with excellent twirl factor and drama.
Some notes:
- Based on sizing and other reviews, I went up a size than I normally get (I am 5’7” and 165 lbs and pear shaped). This was a mistake, as the bust was large and the waist was allllllmost too big. I wore a strapless push up bra to make up the room in the bust and sewed the inner straps tighter to accommodate.
- I did end up hemming this by 5”
- There are pockets! That said, they aren’t especially deep and my phone did fall out while sitting down.
- The slit goes all the way up; great for drama, but be aware!
All in all … buy the dress!

Absolutely stunning well built dress. The material is thick and sturdy. I will say it is a little long but nothing a short heel couldn’t fix and the bust sticks out a little just had the adjust the “girls” a bit. Overall absolutely LOVE it and can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day 🥰
