• All returns are issued as a non-expiring store credit (JessaKae eGift Card), minus the $11.95 pre-paid return label cost.
• One free exchange for the same item in a different size and/or color (pending availability).
• FINAL SALE items, indicated by prices ending in .99, are ineligible for return or exchange.

• Free US shipping on orders $250 or more.

• Order processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
