Twirl Points never expire once they are earned so you can redeem them whenever you want to!

Once redeemed, Rewards & Referral codes are active for 30 days before expiring.

Once a Reward or Referral code expires, it is lost and we cannot reactivate it or reimburse the Twirl Points redeemed for it.

If an item was purchased using a Reward or Referral code, it cannot be returned in exchange for points or store credit if the order is returned or exchanged.

Any points/Rewards codes used on a purchase will not be reimbursed if the purchase is returned or exchanged.
A maximum of 4,000 points can be redeemed at one time for a single (up to $100 off) Reward Code.
