Processing Times

  • Standard orders: ship within 3–5 business days

  • Priority orders: ship within 1–2 business days

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be longer during sales & holidays and are not guaranteed

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made — including product, size, quantity, address, shipping method, payment method, price adjustments, or cancellation. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is picked up and scanned by the carrier (check spam if it's missing). Tracking updates may take 1–4 business days to appear. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we have the same tracking access you do and cannot intervene with the carrier directly.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Double-check your delivery address in your order confirmation email — contact support@jessakae.com right away if it needs correcting (corrections aren't guaranteed after placement). JessaKae is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse, including loss, theft, or misdelivery; you'll need to contact the carrier directly, and police reports are required for theft claims. Returned-for-delivery-issue items go through our standard return process.

Shipping Protection (US only) is available at checkout to cover loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage in transit (it does not cover packages stolen or lost after being marked delivered). We recommend adding it to every order.

Local Pickup (Utah)

Free pickup is available at our warehouse: 14725 Porter Rockwell Blvd, STE G, Bluffdale, UT 84065 You'll get a confirmation email once your order is ready (usually 3–5 days). Pickups are not available before receiving the email stating that your order is ready. Pickup hours are Tues–Sat, 10:00am–6:00pm MST, excluding holidays. Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification will be canceled automatically.

Preorders

Preorder items ship once available; dates are estimates and subject to change. In-stock items in the same order ship immediately and the preorder ships separately via Standard shipping. Preorder returns are accepted within 20 days of the item's ship date.

Holidays & Sale Events

High-volume periods (holidays, major sales) may cause longer-than-usual fulfillment/processing times. We'll share known delays when possible.

Canada Shipping

  • Rate: $33, does not include customs/duties fees

  • Delivery: 5–17 business days after shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes due at delivery, contact your country's customs office for specific rates

  • Orders rejected at customs will not be returned to us and are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement, no exceptions

International Shipping

  • Rate: $43, does not include customs/duties fees

  • Delivery: 2–6 weeks, depending on destination country and customs processing

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes due at delivery, contact your country's customs office for specific rates

  • Orders rejected at customs will not be returned to us and are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement, no exceptions
