    This light blue mermaid-style dress is giving full "she came from the ocean" drama. The gathered bodice, high neckline, and fun side slit make it feel girly yet powerful, and the back detail is one of my favorite parts of the whole dress. As a petite 5'4", I worried about length but it landed perfectly. Fit: True to size.
