This dress is so beautiful! I made small alterations of the top taking it in since I’m petite on top, 31 inches (I’m XS and got XS). I also took all the under-tulle out of the skirt and left one extra layer of the under-tulle under the sleeves. Doesn’t look puffy at all now (if you prefer something slimmer). The mannequin is a little curvier on top than me. The fabric is gorgeous and the top is soft and light! Such a fun look, love it!
