This was my first Jessakae dress purchase, and I bought this dress for an upcoming late summer/early fall family wedding coming up in September. Though the dress pattern is absolutely gorgeous, fits pretty true to size, and I like the length for me being 5’1 - I was not expecting expecting Velvet fabric, as it doesn’t say it anywhere in the description, or the “Content + Care” section. Therefore, depending on the weather in late September, it might be too warm to wear.
Also, the front is going to need some fashion tape to stay shut, as it just flaps open.
I bought this dress on sale, so it can’t be returned - but I’m sad to say that though I loved the pattern on the app and model photos, I’m not in love with the dress in person.
Worst case scenario, I’ll have to sell it on Poshmark.

The fabric on this is super soft, and the surplice neckline makes it bust friendly for busty and flat chested girls. I found that, since the fabric has some stretch, it did run big, so I opted to go with a M instead of L for this one

Soft dress with a tiny bit of stretch. Not enough to size down though. Has a v-neck not super low and I was able to pin it closed for a bit more coverage.
